FRANCHISEE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finding Shutter at Prime Location
    (Prime Location: Bus Stand Areas, Hospital Zones, College Zones, Pvt-Govt Institutions, Highways, Toll Plaza Located Areas....etc).
  • Send Concern Shutter Details to Franchisor(Form of Photos and Videos).
  • After Getting Approval From Franchiser, Franchisee Shall do Below Arrangements in Shutter.
    i.) Kitchen Partition.
    ii.) Painting/Tiling Directed by COONOOR TEA HOUSE.
    iii.) Sitting Arrangements(Optional)
    iv.) Electrical Works Like Fans and Lighting Infra and any Other Works with Interest of Concern franchisee
Payment

PAYMENT PROCESS

1. After Location Approval by Coonoor Tea House Executive Interested Franchisee shall pay Rs. 50K as Token Amount for Area Slot Booking
2. Remaining Amount Shall be paid 20 Days Before for Opening Date.
3. No Installments

Franchisees Desirous of availing CTH Ambience Interior Decors may visit HO for the best designs and workmanship – price range Rs 2 lakhs to 12 Lakhs.
